I Love These Girls

The self titled release from the ladies of Vegas proves that better things are to come. This album, unfortunately, is too Pop and not enough R&B sometimes. But Missy Elliott really gave this album it's wings with tracks like "Gotta Leave" & "Where My Girls At?" The main highlites on this album are the voices. Meelah's voice is so fluid, like she's snaking in and out of your ears with hery velvet vocals. And when Misha and Irish step it, then it's all over. The talent is definitely there and this album is about a quarter of the way there. The best tracks (to me) are:
2. Where My Girls At? (catchy, bangin')
3. You Don't Know (futuristic funk)
7. Finally
9. Gotta Leave (WHEW, easily the best song on the album) Basically, I feel this album didn't do the girls of 702 justice. I know for a fact that their next album will change all of that.
