This major label debut from 8Stops7 is a must have for all music lovers who like hard rock with a touch of alternative styles. Evan Sulla-Goff (vocals) has a very unique vocal style that reminds me of Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam, with hard punching driving guitars from Seth (Lead guitar) and Alex (Bass guitar), together with Adam's rhythmic druming combine for a powerful audio mix that you will enjoy. The lyrical content is very real life, filled with the angst of growing up, and dealing with family and relationship's pressures and expections. The CD has a great blend, well paced, of hard hitting styles intertwined with ballads, where the lyrics and vocals shine. This band does a great job of keeping their studio work sounding close to how they perform live. I highly recommend seeing them in concert as well, when they come to a town near you. Keep up the great work, guys.
