going down by kevin jiggetts jamaica plain

I've heard about 6 songs from this CD on I-Mesh and the one that really stood out for me was "Going Down". Eerily reminiscent of the attacks of 9-11, it screams a paranoid tale of passengers' last moments on a doomed flight. The song's bridge is kinda hokey, but the intensity of the walking bass & drum beat is ominous. By the end of the song the singer sounds like Sting as hysteria builds in his voice. He says, "Passengers have lost their smiles. Soon their bodies will be wreckage spread for miles" No banal insipid sugar-coating here! Just the horrible truth. The song's a keeper !
