Put it next to your Shakespeare

Aceyalone does something on this album that educated hip hoppers, in the back of their Minds, know is possible and hunger for: he creates a work of literature that is utterly unique while dropping head nodding grooves. Each time I hear this album I lose myself in it. Following Aceyalone's flow stimulates synapses and drives you into a new realm of hip hop that is vast and largely unexplored: no ho's, no guns, no "keep it real." Zero cliche. Zero. This album is supreme.
