Cassie's Outlook on Life...

I got into AB through the recommendation of a friend several years ago. Spawned in the deep marshes of Louisiana, Acid Bath reflect the sludgy, grindy feeling of their home. They sing of love, death, and drugs, and almost all of their songs seem to have a sort of sexual undertone.Yet, throughout their songs, there's a deep appreciation of nature. I have a feeling that this band is more dedicated to the nature of dying than to the usual horror-film gore that other hardcore bands dedicate themselves to. If you want a good combination of screaming, howling, growling, and deep melodic vocals, this is a good choice for you. If you like this, check out the other Rotten Records artists Damaged and Goatwhore, as well as The Damage Manual, My Ruin, and Libido Airbag.
