An Album Of Non-Stop Fun

What do you get when you mix a bit of rap, hip-hop, and comedy? Answer: One good time, no pun intended.Afroman's THE GOOD TIMES is a fun album that is put together quite nicely. It is quite obvious that they all had a good time recording the songs on this album. With the release of Kevin Smith's movie, JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK, this album is getting a bit of notoriety with "Because I Got High" being a major track, but that is just one of the many exemplary songs included. Other hits include the humorous "Let's All Get Drunk," and the ever-catchy, always-short-of-liquor "Palmdale." Good lyrics and an even better sound give the album a good flow. This album mixes a lot of music genres together, coming up with a wacky, unique feel. It's a solid effort with songs that are sure to make you laugh out loud, with its non-stop fun. THE GOOD TIMES, simply put, is just that. Good times.
