I have never owned a rap album before, but I like to listen to underground tunes after my kids go to bed. Mostly I like raw beats and inspired rhyming, which Afu Ra delivers. My minivan stereo system isn't very powerful, so I can't get into the deep bass sounds, but I know they are there. The wife doesn't want me to crank it even in the basement rec-room, either. I dream of having a backyard BBQ with some fly lay-deez and Afu Raw pumping through the suburbs. I think I'll get this on vinyl so I can play it on my old turntable, maybe match up some Guy Lombardo beats.
