Wow, what a debut!

This is possbily the best debut album I've heard since probably the Dixie Chicks' debut. Alecia's alto voice is impressive, and her vibrato is respectable. The worst thing about her vibrato is that she sometimes tries to hard to sing that way, so it sounds forced instead of natural. All the songs are spectacular. There isn't a song on the album I don't like. "I'm Waiting for You" is a song in which Alecia sings like she means it. I can just imagine her longing for her love and waiting till he comes back. "Some People Fall Some People Fly" is another splendid song on the album. The ballads are wonderful. Beautifully sung and sung with heart and style. She emphasizes the right words and enunciates at the right syllables and words to give the lyrics even more life. Alecia has a magnificent album in her hands. I'm very glad I got this album. It's totally worth the money.
