First of all, AP should not even be mentioned in the same breathe az Bush or Creed, those are clone grunge bands, AP iz Heavy Metal/Hard Rock with attitude. Although it lacks somewhat in the bridge to chorus sections, there's still a ton of hooks and the lryics are very uplifting. These songs aren't about getting drunk, and laid (thank God). Or about how mad you are because "the man" iz holding you down. Just a solid debut, and their best album iz proabably gonna be their next one! Put in some more guitar solo's (please, somebody) and keep the double guitars churnin', and keep the kids happy! Favorites include "California", "Underground", and "Revelations". Also check out the Zebra-esque beginning of the final track "If we were Kings" , solid debut-hope they turn it up a notch for Sophomore effort!
