It is very difficult to rate this album. It is probably the weakest of, probably, Zappa's best band. If you compare it to Apostrophe, or YCDTOSA Vol 2, or even One size fits all (which is the same group enlarged), it is the weakest. But it is marvelous. The 74 band with George Duke, Napoleon Murphy Brock, Ruth Underwood and Chester Thomson, is a monument to what a bunch of guys can do, especially live. They really don't do that on stage any more, unfortunately.
