As a huge No Doubt fan I was eagerly anticipating the solo album by Gwen, even though I knew it would have a different style from the No Doubt CDs. When I first heard saw the video and heard "What You Waiting For" I thought it was a very stilish video with Alice In Wonderland and Japanese influences and the song was very good and original. So I decided to buy the album and I must say I adore it!!!
- What You Waiting For - First single. The lyrical theme is extremely original. It's a song about Gwen's doubts and fears about this album. (10/10)
- Rich Girl - I think it's the next single taken from LAMB. Great song with a 80's sound. It explains that Love Angel Music Baby are the names of the four harajuku girls. It's a pity but Eve doesn't do much for the song. (9/10)
- Hollandback Girl - Personal favourite It has a cheerleader vibe to it. I love the chorus! Simply great! (10/10)
- Cool - Good song. Not the best on the album. (7/10)
- Bubble Pop Electric - This has to be one of the songs with a strangest instrumental ever. The lyrics make me remember some 80's movies especially the spoken part. (9/10)
- Luxurious - My favourite song on the album!! You can just see Gwen bathing in champagne... hehe The chorus is just amazing!! It's a very sensual song. (10/10)
- Harajuku Girls - Personal favourite So here we are again with the Harajuku Girls. I think Gwen is completely obsessed with them. During the whole song we hear the voices of the Harajuku Girls and I must say it's a great plus to the song specially when they say juku hehe I swear I always think of Pokemon when they say that (10/10)
- Crash - Another personal favourite The lyrics and the chorus are simply great!! (10/10)
- The Real Thing - Very good and sweet song. It would be better as a ballad. (9/10)
- Serious - Great song! Great vibe! (9/10)
- Danger Zone - I love hearing Gwen saying Danger Zone!! (9/10)
- Long Way To Go - The least good song on the album. It talks about interracial relationships. The lyrics could have been much better and Andre3000 marks more presence than actual singing. Outkast are great but this song isn't. (5/10)
