This is by far the best lennon collection... well, duh, he did it himself, it wasn't post-humous. What do it for me are "Mother" (although i prefer the live version on the Imagine soundtrack) and "Woman is the Nigger of the World-" in terms of ripping my heart out and making me want to scream and cry, these songs are up there with the work of kathleen hanna and Tori Amos. Lennon specialized in well-crafted songs with mass appeal, and these two are a departure from that... they prove the man was capable of anything.
