... I tend to notice that the main driving force of the song is Till Lindemann's grungy, abrasive voice that all the more gives such a unique sound to the Teutonic-like music of Rammstein. Though short instrumental solos in the songs do further the songs, Lindemann I think progresses the songs. I say this mainly because, mostly, the guiter riff has a certain pattern - sometimes for the entire song (you could say the guitar is something of a more ambient set of drums)! I remember reading a little about Rammstein, and one of the initial purposes of the band was to make monotonous, even boring heavy metal (Schneider, a band member, said that in an interview, anyway)! That of which the monotony is the main reason for all those 1 star reviews. Those same reviewers seem to like to hold comtempt for the masses that like them, claiming the lyrics are infantile, etc. Who cares? I don't really care what they're saying, as long as the general melody is good. If I like what the masses like, then so be it. Even if you're not much of a heavy metal fan (as I'm not), you'll probably like this (unless you're either a esoteric art lover who hates any conception of a chorus within a song, OR you're just contemptuous with hate of anything that over a million people enjoy because you're a "thinking man"). I personally find this to be a awesome album, even if some of the songs sound a little similar to each other.
