TBS is not just another thursday...

This awesome band can be related to Thursday, if your trying to generically explain what kind of music they play. But if your into this type of music, like me, you can see a few complex differences. Thursday has more edge in its guitar riffs, while tbs is more dramatic in the vocals and lyrics category.(Both are signed under the same record company.) If your not a fan of full calapse's background vocals... you won't have much worry; this band's background vocals blend together perfectly. The lyrics are catchy, but also holds the edge the band is centered around.

The band will have you trying to sing both lead and background vocals at the same time during the course of the day.

On your first listen, you may think this cd has a little to much "pop" stuff in it. But don't be fooled by their song titles (or pictures on the inside cover). Taking Back Sunday is much than than some nondramatic meaningless powerchord band. If you want to find what kind of band this is listen to "cute without the 'e' (cut from the team)" The vocals to this song are pretty dramatic.
