Comment: Great book. I started to browse through the book before listening to the CD. The CD in the back of the book is 99% the same as the book. A few words off here and there but not a big deal. I have it in my car right now. I love the daily affirmations for each chapter. (Prospertiy, self esteem, work etc.)

Comment: I love this book! Louise Hay has a peaceful, joyful way of writing and speaking. This book comes with a CD, with Louise reading the book. It is great to listen to in the car. I also enjoy reading from this book everyday. I like the way it is divided into important life issues so it's easy to go right to the one that will help you in any particular situation. This book gives you positive affirmations to help you in all areas of life. I love Louise's message and her loving, quiet way of getting it across. It's a small book so you don't get bogged down in a long read. I am very pleased with this book and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in improving their own self-talk and improving their general attitude towards life.
