Comment: I've done this as it is instructed and not only do I find that it made me sick to even take the pills since they are so huge and smell gross, they also didn't do anything for me, either. I'm the same weight.. Oh well, that just goes to show you that you need to diet and exercise and not take pills to lose weight. :-)
