Comment: The difference between this and the usual oat meal is astounding, and don't even talk about "instant oatmeal" which is kind of like flavored library paste. This is the real wool sweater and wellingtons kind of oat meal, and its great. I have mine with a little salt and pepper and a daub of butter and feel well equipped to meet the day. Much cheaper at Amazon than my local grocery, too.
