Comment: This neck pillow is fabulous! A couple of minutes heated in the microwave, and you are good to go! It is so soothing on your neck. I use it all the time, to take away the stress of the day. And it has a beautiful herbal scent!

Comment: This is a wonderful product if you have a cold neck or trouble holding it up. I heat it in the microwave and put it on my neck. It's a little heavy, but it's also longer than others I've had. The price is, I think, very reasonable. I love it. klutzy9
