Summary: Misleading ad
Comment: I bought this product for a family friend who lives overseas and can not find this product in their country. I found the advertising of this product to be misleading. The description led me to believe that a quantity of 6 Crystal Rock 9 oz balls are included in this sale. I only received 1 ball which in my opinion, is quite expensive for nearly $20 after shipping.
I completed a review on this purchase a few weeks back which must have disappointed the manager because I received a personal phone call from him. Initially, I thought this was a great business practice. However, he offered me a $2 credit (yes, $2!) ONLY if I removed my original review which was not favorable. I said I was not interested in a $2 credit and it wasn't worth my troubles. To which he proceeded to argue with me and blame me for not understanding the description properly. I told him I was at work and I could not speak with him at that time and he continued to argue with me until I explained again that I needed to hang up since I was at work and it was not the appropriate place for me to have that discussion.
I will definitely not buy this product again. It was expensive and I did not appreciate the lack of respect from the company's manager.

Summary: I like to call it my "magic rock"
Comment: It's hard to imagine that rubbing a wet rock under your armpits could actually work, but it does! I've always had trouble with regular deodorant. It makes me extremely itchy. I've tried many different kinds--including the "natural" varieties--but I get the same bad results. The Crystal Rock deodorant really works (as in, I don't smell) and I no longer have any itching or rash issues.

Comment: This product is awesome. As a former white cakey deodorant user I was very skeptical. It works just as it says even in warm climates. No odor whatsoever and no more white marks to ruin my clothes. Mom and Sis will be getting one in their stocking if they don't get sick of hearing me say how great it is and buy it on their own.
