I have been taking it for almost two years, and have experienced increased mobility with decreased pain in my knees. I am able to walk when playing golf without severe pain. The product won't cure arthritis, but it will mitigate the effects of it. Also, bladder walls become more elastic so one doesn't have to go to the bathroom so frequently. I recommend this product. I read about this product and ordered it. I have been taking it every day together with an MSM supplement, and stopped having pain in my knees after about a month of starting to take it. I had 2 knee surgeries in a 1 year span, what a difference in mobility and function after taking the CosaminDS. I tried other supplement brands with little to no result. My surgeon recommended 100%!! Customer Rating: Summary: Reputable product and vendor Comment: I'm now placing my second order. It's gone up a couple bucks with this vendor since February 2008, but what hasn't gone up lately? At least it's a modest increase. Yes, it's 3 bottles of 72 (tamper-proof sealed) and they're not in their original boxes, but I figure that must save on the shipping. Belonging to Insider's Club is a plus because they rebate my shipping on many merchants including Amazon. I've done a lot of checking and this is the best price. I'll keep coming back as long as the price stays low. Both my husband and I take it every day. Nutramax also makes a version called Cosequin for cats and dogs (recommended by our vet). Four years we started our 17-year-old cripped up kitty on Cosequin with amazing results. She's still hanging in there and now 21 years old. I'm very pleased with Cosamin DS and Nutramax products.
