Summary: No Ephedra, no major results, but it helps
Comment: I have used Xenadrin RFA-1 (if you don't know what this is, it helped me get in the best shape of my lfe in my mid-to-late 20s). I'm in my mid 30's now, and although I have a relaxed job with a routine and time to exercise I find it harder to get motivated and maintain my will-power around food. Coming from a family with a history of obesity, but not being afraid to run 10 miles/wk to stay in shape, it's a constant battle for me to stay in "average" conditioning. The non-ephedra products are helpful in slightly reducing your appetite, slightly increasing your energy level and marginally helping in weight loss. If you are smart about the way you use this product, ease into it and pay attention to your body, it will help give the little boost to get to the next level. It's not a miracle drug, and it's nowhere near as effective as the ephedra products of past (now against the law in the USA). But, as I get older, I want to be more careful with my heart anyway, so I suppose it's okay. Just pay attention to your body while using this. If you feel jittery, eating something will help you relax a bit, or drinking a bunch of water, or back off the dosage. If you are sleepy after lunch, this will help keep you alert (like drinking two cups of coffee for me). However, this will keep me up at night if I take any after 2-3PM. I've tried Lipo-6 and the Non-Hardcore Hydroxycut products and this seems to work better for me. I will use it until it's gone and then not use it for a couple months to "cycle". I never take more than 3 pills per day, as this is all I need to "feel" some impact. Moderation is key, and just plain smart. I also feel like this makes my mind more alert and responsive than no meds. It doesn't bother my stomach, and I have a fairly sensitive stomach. The liquicap products upset my stomach. Just don't take this without having something to drink to wash it down. Burps are nasty if you don't have some water with you.

Comment: This stuff really works. I was able to carve about 10 lbs off my frame in a month, before I went on vacation.
It also helps accelerate extreme weight loss. I have only heard good things and my friend actually lost 20 lbs in 1 month on this stuff.
It came very quickly and amazon did a great job on this.

Summary: It's not that great
Comment: I gave this stuff a shot and it really didn't work for me. During my workouts it did give me a little extra energy but some heart palpatations came along for the ride. Hydroxycut made me feel irritable. It also kept me from gettng a good nights sleep. Even if the last dose I took was at noon, I STILL didn't get a good sleep. As soon as I stopped taking it, I was back to being sweet as a peach and sleeping like a baby. Also, it really didn't do much for curbing my appetite. If anything, I think it made me hungrier.
Before anyone assumes anything; I am not one of those that takes the pill and sits on the couch and waits for a miracle. I eat well and workout a minimum of 5 days a week for an hour and a half to two hours each time. For me, it just didn't do anything.

Comment: I recommend this product, and here's my experience:
I have been dieting and exercising since January, and have been losing 6-7lbs a month. Keeping up with the same exact diet and exercise routine, and the ONLY change being taking hydroxycut hardcore, I have lost 10-11 lbs each of the last two months. Due to my adherence to a strict, consistent diet, It is MY experience that hydroxycut hardcore has helped me lose 50% more weight than diet and exercise alone. At the cheaper price available on Amazon.com, I would recommend anybody struggling with weight loss or looking for a weight-loss accelerator, to try it.
Obviously the healthiest way to lose weight is with diet and exercise alone, but I have been struggling with my weight at college and wanted to shape-up for a cruise I am going on this summer. I started taking 1 pill 2x a day, then 2 pills 2x a day, and then 3 pills 2x a day as directed on the bottle. I take them first thing in the morning with breakfast, and again with lunch. For the first week or so, I had difficulty sleeping which is a common side effect. However, I found that I had more energy throughout the day while taking hydroxycut, so it was just a minor annoyance waking up; it did not affect my functionality during the day, and after a few weeks I was able to sleep normally.
The other side effect I noticed was that I was hungry nearly all of the time. I had cut down my caloric intake to 1800-2000 calories per day for my diet to begin with, but I noticed my metabolism was higher while on hydroxycut. For me it wasn't unbearable by any means, and I feel much better feeling slightly hungry all day than slightly full.
A word of CAUTION: Drink PLENTY of water while taking hydroxycut, or any other supplement, including basic protein. Keep in mind that hydroxycut does contain the same amount of caffeine that is in 4 average cups of coffee, and caffeine IS addictive. I would certainly not recommend taking any additional caffeine into your body such as coffee, soda, and certainly not energy drinks. You won't need them with the caffeine in hydroxycut, and in my non-professional opinion it could be dangerous, especially if you do this for any duration. I experienced some mild headaches when I stopped taking hydroxycut, which may or may not have been caused from caffeine withdrawal, or something else pertaining to the ingredients. They went away with drinking some water and taking a little advil. I will not take hydroxycut for more than two months, because I don't want to become dependant on the high amounts of caffeine in it.
Hopefully this review helps for those of you who took the time to read it. I recommend trying this product as a supplement to a healthy diet and exercise, and certainly recommend using hydroxycut as directed, and stopping immediately if you have negative side effects.

Summary: Not what I expected.
Comment: I have taken Hydroxycut Hardcore before and noticed the effects on it right away. ex. a lot of energy when working out.
When I take this Hydroxycut Hardcore I don't notice any sord of reaction when I'm working out. I looked at the expiration date thinking that it could be expired but it wasn't. So I really don't know why it's not working like others, but I'm not happy with it at all.
