Comment: I thought the SinuPulse Elite system came with an extra nasal irrigation tip for use by a family member, but it does not. The replacement tip works very well, and it was shipped in a timely manner.

Comment: Finally a method to flush out my sinuses and control the amount of flush!! I have had a chronic sinus infection w/a suppressed immune system and flushing w/bottles just wasn't cutting it. I found this while looking around on Amazon, bought it as a last resort, and so far so good

Comment: I bought a few of the tips and they worked great until my 2nd Water Pik died and I decided to upgrade to the SinuPulse Elite Advanced Sinus irrigation system. Not only was I able to use my old SinuPulse Tips as extra tips but the new unit has two sprays functions (pulsating cleansing rinse and pulsating moisturizing mist) pressure control on the handle, LED Display and more advance features. The SinuPulse is quieter than my old water Pik and does not clog up with the saline. I would recommend anyone that deals with allergy and sinus problems to step up and get yourself a SinuPulse Elite you won't be disappointed. Don't mess with the neti pots and squeeze bottles (no pun intended). The SinuPulse is a little steep but worth every penny. If you want to start off with the replacement tip only for your water pik the tip works great but eventually your water pik will die and you will need to get a SinuPulse anyway.

Comment: We bought this along with a water pik an and was advertised to work the water pik but it just didn't quite fit properly and sprayed more water out the side than through the nozzle. On the upside it was especially good a spraying everything w/in a 4ft radius.

Works great with Waterpik. Webpage information conflicted with Product packaging that it only worked with SinuPulse system.
