Customer Rating: Summary: I don't think this item is necessary Comment: I thought this would be an added convenience for my wife but the sound quality is lacking and basically amounts to a sub-par speakerphone. Most of us have one of those already with our existing cell phones. It does work better than the microphone on the unit though.
