Summary: My All Time Favorate Version of "Amazing Grace"
Comment: My ancestor, John Newton wrote "Amazing Grace". I have heard and enjoyed many renditions of this beautiful song but none as beautiful as Il Divo's! It sends shivers up and down my spine every time I listen to it! Just Google "Il Divo, Amazing Grace" and watch the Video, it will touch your heart and your soul.....

Summary: What happened when I reported a defect in the CD
Comment: When I played the CD for the first time, there was a defect and the music was garbled and finally stopped. I went to the internet and started applying for a return label. Instantly, a message from AMAZON came up to apologize for the product and to tell me that a replacement was already being processed--even before I had access to the return label. I don't know how they do it, but I was impressed. AMAZON--YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
